Enumeration District 1

So much of the Parish of Portmoak as lies east of Scotland Well and Butts thereof - including on the north the Hills (Lomonds) and on the south and east the Rylaws Old and New and Bell Crags thereof. Enumerator: John Wilkie

Enumeration District 2

So much of the Parish of Portmoak aforesaid as lies on the south of Lake and River Leven, beginning at Bogside on the east and ending at the extremity of the parish on the west. This District will comprehend Bogside, Shaunerlays, Buckles, Skellyheads, Kirkness, Middle Burn, Shains of Kirkness, Trinity Sluices, at the bottom of the Lake Lane, Newhall, Bracklays East and West and Black Knolls. Enumeration District 3

So much of the Parish of Portmoak as lies north of the River Leven, beginning at Johnstown and then proceed to Lochend, Redhouse, commonly called Ferniehall, Portmoak and its appendages, Wellburn, and thereafter to Scotland Well and Butts thereof. Enumerator: Ebenezer Jackson

Enumeration District 4

So much of the Parish of Portmoak as lies north and west of Scotland Well, beginning at the Manse then to take in the Wood of Kelmagat?, Grahamstown, John Arnot's, sometimes called Palmer? Wood Mench?, Woodside, that part of the Village of Kinnesswood which lies on the west of the Public Road, Balnethil, Easter Balgedy, and then all west and south of the Highway as far as Pourinling?. Enumeration District 5

That part of the Parish of Portmoak which is occupied by that part of the Village of Kinnesswood which lies betwixt the Public Road, and the foot of the Hill at the east end of the Village. Enumerator: John Tainsh

That part of the Parish of Portmoak which lies north of East Balgedy and the Public Road including Wester Balgedy and Toll thereof, Powmiln, Pittendrich, Newlands, and Knollhead thereof, the Fens along the Perth Road, Butterwell, Muirs of Kinnesswood and Muirs of Balgedy.
