Elizabeth ELLIS and David GREEN were married on 27 March 1835 in Templecarne Parish, County Donegal, Ireland. Marriage performed by the Rev. Edwin Flack. David GREEN (son of David GREEN and Anne KERR OR CARR) was born on 6 February 1811 in County Donegal, Ireland. Some records give his birthplace as Aghalough, County Donegal, Ireland, but he probably did not live at Aghalough prior to his marriage to Elizabeth Ellis. He was baptized on 9 February 1811 in Drumhome Church of Ireland, County Donegal, Ireland. He immigrated in 1863 to Victoria, Australia. Sailed on the "Great Britain." He owned land on the north-eastern Parish boundary overlooking Winton Swamp about 1865 in Victoria, Australia. He died on 6 July 1892 in Hannah Street, Benalla, Victoria, Australia. Death certificate obtained. He was buried on 8 July 1892 in Winton Cemetery, Winton, Victoria, Australia. Elizabeth ELLIS and David GREEN had the following children:
